We are proud to announce the opening of the grand Circuit AAP NAIROBI 2025 and to invite you to send us your best works.
We will showcase and award the best photos. One author can report once to contest Citcuit AAP NAIROBI 2025

Participation

Open to professional and amateur photographers from any country. Exhibition is open to and accepting all photograph formats.
This may include low resolution posting on a website.
Note: Photos that have earlier been a part of other International Photo Contests can be submitted. There are no restrictions on the date of photograph.
The Contest organizers assume no liability for any copyright misuse or infringement committed by contest entrants.
Your personal information remains private at all times. Only your name and country are shown publicly on the website. We respect your privacy and will never sell your data to third parties.
Copyright remains with the owner at all times. Submitted images may be used to promote the awards. The photographer’s name will always be credited with an image.

Sections

There are Four digital sections:

• A. OPEN: Color
• B. OPEN: Monochrome
• C. NATURE
• D. LIFE and PORTRAIT

Entries are limited to not more than 4 images per section. Exhibition is limited to one application per author.
40% of the received photos are accepted for the exhibition

Photographs

All authors must fill out an Online Entry Form on the official Contest website and submit their entries online.

  • Photos must be sent in JPG file format
  • Maximum dimensions: 1920 pixels wide by 1200 pixels high
  • Oversized images will be rejected with a notification to the entrant. Entrants will be given a chance to replace the image prior to the closing date.
  • File size maximum: 2 Mb

Each contestant who wins awards / if the jury has doubts about authenticity/ is required to send in their original files to the Organizer of the contest for comparison with the submitted entries. This file will be used only to prove the ownership of the image. Winning Entrants who do not fulfill these eligibility criteria will be deemed ineligible and disqualified without the right to appeal. All entries must be the original work of the contestant and must not violate the rights of any other party. The Organizer of the Competition does not bear any responsibility for the content presented in the photographs.

File naming

Except for the restriction to use only English alphabet (a-z), no other requirements for file names; file name should be the way authors want it to appear in the catalogue (title name).

Report Card Notification

All participants shall receive report cards via email.
The contest report cards and results will also be published on the https://aap-photo.com/cnaironi/

Catalog

Online, digital version: To be sent to entrants via email in a form of a PDF document.

License agreement

By submitting an entry, the entrant certifies that he is a sole owner of the rights to use sent images, including copyright, patent and/or other applicable rights. All models must be of Legal Age of consent or have guardian permissions issued. The contest organizers assume no liability for any copyright misuse conducted by entrants.
